Problem asking friends for ? coin? on part 6 of newest goal

Twice now I?ve requested coins from neighbours for the and no one is getting the request . Is there a glitch in the game or what! I can?t finish the goal if I can?t get the coins.

I requested again today third time no one getting request and I am notgetting requests from my neighbours thought storm 8 would have sorted it by now
