Transfer game in a new devise

Hello,

I tried to transfer my Farm Story 2 game to my new iPad, but it doesn't let me because it said that the ID is already in used.
I download the game already in the new iPad but I start as new and I don't want that and changed also the ID.

Could you please help me?
