Yes, I've noted in the first post that for the moment, the Tiger Cake has been removed from the 3 Bears oven and added to the Loretta's Oven as the bonus goal recipe.

Hopefully the team will get it sorted quickly; for further discussion/info the bug post is here. Hopefully the team will get this sorted quickly.

yeah, it's upsetting for me because the only reliable thing I could count on this game is that at least I'd get some new recipes in every goal seeing that many times I wasn't able to finish it to get a deco...

Especially weird that the progress transferred over to the Loretta's Oven despite all the other goal info such as time, xp, servings, etc. having changed. I can't see any way that it's NOT a mistake... but then again, never say never - I've seen weirder from s8, lol.

I've reported the Tiger Cake issue over, but unfortunately, I'm not sure if this will be fixed before the New Year due to the company holiday.

Edit: Looks like pixie already reported this over. Will let you know when I have an update.
