Yeah, can the plots be expanded like buildings? Or is that a mistake, asking before I expand the plots..

No, they cannot be expanded. Functionally they're similar to standard plots (plant one, yield two).

Ok not sure if this can be fixed but after you plant your Peppers and if you touch the Garden Bed with your finger an unlock appears like when you expand a machine. I pressed the unlock and it says your Garden Bed at Max Capacity

Yeah, this is a known issue and working by design. The plots are intended to have an allowed queue of only 1, meaning they aren't expandable. Not that you could automatically queue crops in real life anyway!

When planting the peppers it states you will get 2 but you only get 1. Also if you try to plant all of your pepper of choice it gives a warning to use anyway or go plant more. Is this a glitch? It's frustrating not being able to plant all you want and having to go one at a time without getting notice garden is at its max.

I checked and it gave me 2 peppers. Are u on android? I just ignore the warning and plant anyway, it’s weird.

I also checked.
Checked cellar for number then collected one Pepper and it gave me two.
I am also on iOS.
