I visited the thread to see if others were experiencing this. I've turned in 14 collections. The only items I'm able to access are the blue ribbon pies, maple bonsai and autumn planter. The Made With Love list says I've collected almost everything but nothing is in my storage. I'm not sure how to proceed at this point.

Can you forceclose your game and reopen it to see if they are in your cellar.
I am on iOS and all mine are there.
Are you playing on android?

I've forced closed many times the last couple days to no avail.

Yes, that's how I know I'm receiving the prizes. I have everything checked off but the Grandma, basket and tree. A number of these are recycled gifts though so I've had the bush, path, planter and bird house (and many pies) for years but the check marks didn't show up until I began using the quilter.

Yup. Android. I'll see my bf tomorrow. I have the game installed on his iphone. Perhaps I can access the gifts that way? It shouldn't have to be so complicated.

I just pushed a fix for this this morning. Please let us know if you continue to experience these issues.

I hesitate to ask this, but...I am guessing that the two Grannies receive the same food as the exotic pets? The pink bag with the paw prints on it?
