Event 1: Part 1 of 2 - Creator & Monster
* Francine and Francine's Beau are the rewards from this goal. The event rewards Vampire Medals which you will need to craft various items in the Trade Wagon. By crafting the 3 vampire items, you will rewarded with The Sanguine Queen. You will not have enough Vampire Medals from the first event, you will need to participate in the upcoming events. I imagine that after the 3rd event, we will have enough Vampire Medals to craft all 3 items. If you purchase the Vampire Throne, this will help you collect Vampire Medals as well.

* To craft the Potion Shop, you need to complete the event, and then sell your potion shop and then the craft will be available. You can craft 1 or 2, they take 15 mins each.

Secret Formula Page 2 from cows: 11 Mad Doctor spawns (and 6 Fangbeast) from 100 black cows, so 10%
Specialty cows/bulls may have different drop rates.
I got 13 Mad Docs and 4 fangbeasts from 108 Magic cows. So about the same overall spawn rate, but more Docs.
Secret Formula Page 3 from Red Mushroom Circles: 36 out of 100 (25 circles per account), first collections. So 33%
Secret Formula Page 4 (I used Aspen not Crab Apple): It took 6-7 trees (6 chops each) to get all 14 pages.
Secret Formula Page 5 from ponds/wells: apologies I didn't accurately count. Seems about 30% overall.
Secret Formula Page 6 from Sparkling Mine: so far it's 100%, one page per collection. I have only done 14 so IDK if this will hold up the next few days. But it doesn't seem like a low 30-odd percent of Mines in other event types.


Drops of Spoiled Root Beer from Tavern: seems like 4 per collection.

When you get to Goal 3, a side thread pops up. It is called "Grimly Ever After." One of the Goals is to build a Grim Cottage (there are also spaces to later build a Grim Workshop and a Grim Potion Shop). I am unable to build the Grim Cottage, as I am at the maximum building allowance. This needs to be fixed so we don't have to start selling an unknown number of buildings to get exactly below the maximum. These buildings need to be "in addition to" the maximum allowance. I am sure that this was simply an oversight. Thanks in advance!
