Their food will be made in the Cider Mill.
The recipe will open if you win one of the pets.

They will live in a new habitat...Spirit of Halloween
Trick-or-Treaters drop Sugar from Sweet Sugar Mill

This habitat unlocks to buy if you win one of the pets.

You collect from these workers every 12 hours.

Got witch pet, got new habitat, can’t do anything with it, because the feed mill (where it says to make the food) doesn’t have the option to produce the food the witch needs. Very disappointed.

The Trick-or-Treaters use a new type of food made from the Cider House. I just pushed an update for this so please try relaunching the game if you don't see the Piggy Pop available to make in the Cider House once you have a Trick-or-Treater.
