    Out of sync messages

    Nearly time I go to play I get a message saying I have earned a certain amount of coins (quite often many thousands) and then I get the out of sync message and I lose all of those coins!! My items have been sold, but I don't get the money for them.
    How am I ever supposed to get enough coins to expand and build my boutique with this happening all the time. It really sucks, and if it keeps happening I will have to stop playing.

    I believe you are going to have to contact support@teamlava.com

    Its the only way TL will know and try to fix your problem. But for now, TL is pretty busy... They won't be able to reply and fix. Maybe try to contact GroupMagma. Send him a private message if support@teamlava.com doesn't work

    Thanks! Have done so but got no response yet as to how to resolve the problem.
