Restaurant Story Being Able to Sell Decorations of ALL Kinds

I have been playing on and off for years now. I started off in just Restaurant Story but the last 2 or 3 years I've been playing both RS and Bakery Story. LOVE THEM BOTH‼️‼️‼️
Over the years, I have gotta some Floors and Walls pieces; that I wanted to see what they looked liked, but didn't liked them. And I'm know I'm not the only one who has done this.

With that being said; I just wish I could sell the floors and Walls, that I won't ever use. But be able to get back more than a fraction.
Which brings me to my 2nd thought; bump up the selling to like 75% back; we spend 8k on 1 piece of wall we should get back like 6k. But make it towards everything.

Also and lastly, with our friends it would be really a game changer for 2 things; 1) be able to have a chat system, and 2) be able to sell things in our storage to our friends for like 50% of the normal price.

I really hope y'all take in and think about these ideas/suggestions cause they would be BIG GAME CHANGERS. Don't believe me Just Make a Poll on Facebook and see what we all say.
