I'm having a really tough time with feathers and not seeing many in the market. My chickens are beyond stingy. I think they've gone on strike. Can anyone confirm if the chickens are the bottleneck for this event? I'm still stuck at the beginning so I'm hoping things get better.

I set a timer for 32 minutes so I don't miss collections.
As players finish the event hopefully they keep collecting from the Chickens and putting the Feathers in their stores.
