First please know that I am in no way trying to violate the rules of the forum however I feel that this issue needs to be made known. I logged in and started collecting from various buildings and other things. Then I get a rollback after the rollback everything I collected from had the arrows back but my energy used was gone. This has never happened before and I hope this is an isolated incident.
Since the logging issues was resolved I haven't had one single roll back and they were coming thick and fast before that. Rollbacks usually happen when your connection isn't stable enough but as they were getting worse in the lead up to being locked out of the game it was probably related to that. That's just my guess though from the way my own game was behaving.
