We used to be able to use a third party tool to see tales chapters to tell what colors are needed to breed dragon needed to hatch in tales chapter 6. Recently that tool has not been available on a timely basis so we are at a loss on what to use.

Could you somehow add the breed colors in the game like you do for the dragon needed in Leaderboard. Perhaps just add it into the dragon description. That i think should be easy since you are creating those descriptions when you add the dragon.
