I checked back on this item to see what Plushies I might be able to expect. All it lists are different colors of dragons. So far I?ve received a Plushie Fangbeast and 2 Plushie Skunkupines, so those can be added to the list. So far that?s all I?ve received.

After 5 taps she grows into the Adept Observer and will then drop: coins, Bone, Fur, Creep Tooth, Troll Horn, Simple/Hearty Feast.
