This will be part of S8's annual "back to school" sale and will probably have a lot of items for sale. This queen will probably be 400 or 500 gems and will need to be purchased during the time of the sale. I'm trying to remember Brigidine Blair, but it's not leaping to my mind. Anyway, I would suggest that everyone stock up on gems as I imagine there will be plenty to choose from.

Brigidine Blair was 800 gems. I didn't get her and I hope this queen has a different price tag!

Yea, it specifically says 'new' land available but I've force closed & see nothing new! Looked on the mainland & the island. So where is this new land?

I'd like to know as well. Nothing I can see has the "reduced down from X" under the original item requirements, as in previous Expansion Sales. I wonder if this is a repeat of previously offered areas for lower level players, and those of us who have already expanded there, have already expanded there. I would hope that people who started the game years after I did, would also occasionally get a chance at expansion sales into those same plots as I did!
