Should fangbeasts be spawning from the rock outcroppings? Normally the monster you need spawns from the big chopped item of the event. But I'm only getting direboars.

The Chomposaurs spawn from cows.

Whatever monster is needed for crafting probably won't start spawning until it is needed (the third craft item).

I'll be at that step in 1.5 hours and can report back.

I thought I triggered a monster from cows but possible farmhouse. Definitely from farmhouse now in step 3.

First you make Chomper Chow. Takes 30 minutes. 2 Jurassic spices from red mushroom circles and Dino foods from cows. And Amber artifacts from rock outcroppings. Then you need to make a cozy nest which takes two hours. Requires 5 petrified wood, 1 fossil from troll camp, and 5 amber artifacts from rock outcroppings.

Really disappointed it's rock chopping rather than trees - I'm still making travellers brews! Tree chopping for events was great for the flowers.

Me too! I have several extra trees from expansions I've been saving too.

Update: There actually is tree-chopping. I just got to the point to upgrade the egg and you need items from chopping trees, so that's good if you need other items.

Has any one bought the Value Pack yet? It shows multiple items including the bones from the Troll Camp. Do you receive all items in that grouping? The description says (1) so I'm assuming it is one of the whole grouping?
