It says "Make this in the Kitchen. Used to
feed Saloon Workers" on the info card. Though the Saloon Special isn't there to make just yet. I wonder if it'll be like the Exotic Pet Feed, where it doesn't unlock to be made until you get one exotic pet. If this is the case, I'm sure players who have many regulars to already feed are going to be glad that they don't have to get their food from the feed-mills as well.

You give them a bowl of chili, they eat it, they deliver you 2x a random animal feed.
