Cool Down video ads for battle arena not closing

Has anyone had trouble with cool down videos in the battle arena not closing properly? When the ad ends after 30 seconds, I tap the x in the upper right corner to close the video ad but it won?t close. It just hangs or repeats the ad over and over.

Yes. I am having the same issue! I have had this for two days now. Seems to be the Fishdom advert that causes me issues. I end up having to hard close the game and restart, and losing the benefit of the video.

Yes i am having the same problem i have even restarted my ipad but it still doesn’t close the video the x doesnt work it just goes into app store and restarts Video??!!

Ok, this is good to know. I’m going to submit a ticket. I haven’t been able to close a single video window since a Friday when the tournament started. I’ve had this issue with every ad, Candy Crush, Clark’s shoes, huge Casino, multiple other ads.
