Invisible prize

I just completed the side goal and found my prize. When I placed it, it doesn't show, but does take up the space, also removing it from the the design bar.I closed the app and came back to an empty space. When I go into design and click the space, I am given the option to store. When I store it it does return to the design bar. So, it exists, but invisibly. Is this happening or happened to anyone else?

This has happened with me lots of times before. The decor eventually shows up though.
