Help please!!!

I have been playing Creator Conservatory dragon tales and have gotten to chapter 7 of 10 act 5 of 5 where I am suppose to be able to craft the fearless dragon but for some unforeseen reason I don?t have enough fearless markers to do so could someone please help I have been able to breed the lupine dragon and I am afraid the game will be over by the time this is fixed HELP asap

The only way to get the marker is contacting S8 , which you did, or using gold which is quite a bit I believe..hopefully, S8 will get back to you quickly with the issue fixed.
