I deleted a chunk of neighbors who had a rating of 0 and got this lovely comment on my page. I was wondering how you handle comments like this besides just blocking them?
I'm really sorry you got this message. If you want to report them, you will need to log a ticket with Support. If you can leave the comment on your wall post it would be good as it might help Support trace them, but I understand if you can't. If you happen to know their ID then that's really helpful too. Let support know as much info as you can. If you don't want to do any of that, then yes block them and delete the post. Don't visit them so you will fall off their news feed.
