    Can not collect clothing ordered

    I am useing iOS 15 on I phone 11 I can order decathlon and furniture but can not order or collect my clothing. Clothing that is ready is frozen in green
    Can not order clothing in open space is frozon

    What platform are you on?
    Is it all clothes or just certain ones?
    Does it happen all the time or is it occasionally?
