Missing purchases

Hi, I bought a scroll clock from the decorations tab. The coins were deducted, and the clock showed, but vanished when I clicked it again to place. I went back to the tab and clicked on the clock again and the same thing happened. The coins were taken for two purchases, but I have neither of the clocks in my bakery or in storage? Thanks
