The goal says to upgrade the Cabin after having chopped the tree. But the cabins timer says 8 hourS. Weird. That’s like a storybook event where you have to wait to go on.

The timer is just for collecting, nothing to do with upgrade.

Thank you for the information on Aspen trees. I need to plant some so I can grow them and chop them down, I guess.

Once you awaken Clover, you have to go through a lot of steps - it takes a fair amount of time, unless you are one of those people with tons of energy - before you get his flowers, which, once you have his flower, they drop scrolls weekly. I just wanted to clarify that you don't start getting scrolls as soon as you awaken him. I found the process of getting to his flowers to be rather lengthy and not fun, tbh. That being said, other players seem to think awakening him first is the way to go - get the hard stuff out of the way first, and also have that option of getting a few scrolls every week.

For upgrading the Cabin to level 3 we need to craft 1 Flannel Cloth. Craft takes 10 minutes and needs 4 wool and 10 coal. Also some Giant Wood was needed, I forgot to note down the quantity, but it wasn't too many.

For upgrading the Cabin to level 4 we need 2 Flannel Cloth, 1 Giant Block, 1 Giant Beam and 8 Giant Wood.
Flannel Cloth: 10 minutes craft in the Workshop, requires 4 wool and 10 coal.
Giant Block: 1 hour craft in the Workshop, requires 12 stone, 2 living wood, 8 Giant Wood.
Giant Beam: 1 hour craft in the Workshop, requires 12 wood, 2 living wood, 8 Giant Wood.
