Oaken Obstructions tales 1-18-22 seem to have obstructions!

This is posted in bugs,issues also. But posted here in case a moderator might see this first.

There are no tales quest in adventure outpost.
There are no items or dragons for tales in spell shop.
This is as of 20 mins after tales popup appeared
