Counts towards 'Ponds' requirement - Faerie Pond, Swampy Pond, Koi Pond, Fall Pond.
Doesn't count - Gentle Pond, Butterfly Pond, Faerie Tribute, Faerie Garden, Blossom Bridge, Hydronous Hollow, Tidegate, any fountains (Greek, Stone, Garden, Princess Lorelei’s).

I just got a pop up that I didn't get before. It says that "the Cobbler is guaranteed to drop energy and a Token." It shows the various Troll tokens.
I've spent thousands of dollars on Storm8 games, but I'm still not valued by the company.

I just noticed that the description of the Cobbler changed from dropping Spellbound Dew to dropping Troll Tokens.
My guess is Storm8 changed it from a weekly energy dropper to a daily.
    Not a bad thing.

How useful are the Troll tokens if we can?t convert to gold tokens?

Very useful for crafting in the Mystic Research Center (MRC) where you craft creatures that drop all kinds of good stuff, especially energy and Mithril.

Well, at least the gold ones are.

Best start updating our neighbor list for Day 5 and Day 9.

What I can't understand is why I'm still receiving requests for "Ye Old Gloves" from the previous event even after that event has ended and this new one started. And these requests were from five days ago

    SUPER useful!
In my opinion, Unicorn droppers (or the same droppers under a different name such as Armored Fangbeast) are the best droppers in the entire game.
They daily (every 24 hours) drop Energy, chance for Spellbound Dew and a chance for Tokens.
I don't know if the Cobbler will have the same drops, but either way, having a Token dropper is wonderful.
And he drops Tokens in addition to Energy, so you'll want to collect from him every day any way.

Even though we can't convert the Tokens outside of Monster Hunts, you can still have up to 120 in your inventory for the Shield, Sword and Staff and 99 for the Golden Troll Tokens.
When having more of the droppers, you can really build up a stash of Tokens to start with on your next Hunt. And having the super rare Golden Token drop is just awesome!
    I'm super happy with this

Edit, I have to temper my enthusiasm,.. as far as I can see we don't know yet if he's a daily Energy dropper. Renee is supposed to drop Tokens too, although she mostly doesn't.
    I'll just wait and see...
Sorry for my comment above.. I'll try not to raise expectation, because that turned out very wrong last time. (renee)

Please don't go there... remember Renee?

Exactly, anything in my MRC that uses lesser tokens also requires gold ones. So unless they open the MH exchanges…
