The Laces Trees & Sampling only drop when the items are asked for, leather & jewels drops when a chapter is open. For the others probably the same, only when a chapter is open.

Thanks Shibuya, I know that items in storybook only drop when needed, however a couple storybook events with side goals had items drop even when the chapter was still open (because the side goal completed).

My saplings disappeared after being placed
Not in storage nowhere the game reverted and my 3rd mission was income but it moved into the harvest sapling part of chapter restarted multiple times saplings have not appeared

About not growing the Lace Tree Sapling.. it looks like it's better to do grow them to grown Lace Trees.
My samplings only drop Laces and the full tree drops both Laces and Bows.

If you're sure the 2 Lace Tree Saplings are not in your Realm or inventory, best submit a ticket with S8.

Just to be sure... have you tried tapping the place you placed your Saplings? Maybe they are 'invisible' but still on your board. It sometimes happens, and in that case you can store the item and get it back out, which usually fixes the problem.

You are given 2. You must have gotten the third from an Adventure (items drop from the Castle, just like items, so easily missed)

I had gotten one on an earlier Adventure. As Ronda stated, we are given 2.
