Does anyone Having this problem I’ve been sitting on 19 of 20 Argylls for 7 1/2 hours. I sent out formal request to new people and still it is not being updated.

i sympathise, Petticoat. I had a similar issue with the last request. However one thing I do each time which might be worth trying is that I limit the number of requests I send so that I'm not sending hundreds. I pick 30 or so players that I know are active and send requests to them. I'm not sure whether it helps, but I suspect that sending to hundreds clogs things up somewhere.
Please, please, please submit a ticket. Many of us have had this problem, and to help S8 know what to look in to and take it seriously, the more of us that report it, the better.
I had the same issue with the last request - stuck at 11 - and I had to wait for the next day to resend requests to get the 15 we needed. Even then, I got a message from one neighbour two days later saying they'd just got my requests!

Great tip I?ll try that next time I just want to get to the next level. It was such a tease that it stopped at 19. My friend is having same issue also her stopped at 15 1st thing this morning.

i understand the frustration. The only suggestion I have is to keep as detailed a timeline as you can and respond to S8 with it. As you'll see, there's others having the same problem. The more info we can give them, the better. Last time mine stuck at 11 about 3 hours after the request. I had to wait a whole day to request again and catch up. If you have to, you can do the same. Just make sure you have as much as you can made up in advance for the next stage.
With this round of requests I literally documented everything; who I sent requests to, what time, what time I received their requests back etc, so that I could give S8 some detail if it went wrong. Fortunately it didn't this time. I know that sounds extreme, but if we're to help them fix it, it might be what's needed.

It’s actually got to the point that I now gem ahead on chapters that need neighbour responses.It’s the only way I can be sure to complete it.NEVER had to do that before!What with that and the game kicking me out every five minutes…I feel so bad for the neighbours I want to help but can’t!

The person who posted one each Fancy boots and Princess shoes for level 9 upgrade is likely lower level. I am at level 8 and the upgrade to 9 is two of everything. It does seem unusual that level 10 only requires one each of Gnome and Princess (along with four each Wizard and Knight), but there you have it.
