Lost ovens

Anyone else losing ovens that they have built in recent goals? I always build 5 ovens for each goal & if I have not completed all recipes before the next goal starts, I screen shot those ovens before I store them to be able to go back to them to complete. When I try to pull them back up to finish to get gems?they are GONE! Has this happened to anyone else or does anyone know why? I have been playing these both for over 10 years, with this happening & the new outrageous goal requirements, I am ready to walk away.

It sounds like you might be afflicted with the bug where goal items (appliances and prizes) are re-locking after you've worked to unlock them. There's a master thread on the Bugs and Issues forum here.

I'm sorry this is happening to you The team is aware of this issue and still investigating why players are being affected. Any information you would be comfortable sharing in the Bug Thread would be greatly appreciated.

Additionally, please file a ticket with Storm8 Support about this issue. Filing a ticket helps the team record and track the issue with more accuracy.
