Lost ovens

Anyone else losing ovens that they have built in recent goals? I always build 5 ovens for each goal & if I have not completed all recipes before the next goal starts, I screen shot those ovens before I store them to be able to go back to them to complete. When I try to pull them back up to finish to get gems?they are GONE! Has this happened to anyone else or does anyone know why? I have been playing these both for over 10 years, with this happening & the new outrageous goal requirements, I am ready to walk away.

So, first: I would recommend filing a ticket with Storm8 Support. The support team would be able to look into the issue further to figure out why this might be happening. Screenshots and details regarding the issue are encouraged to include in your report.

Would you perhaps be able to elaborate what is happening exactly? Are the ovens re-locking after you build them for the goal?

Yes it happens to me. I finished the cat oven, and got the prize. But I didn't finished the next goal, and the cat ovens were gone. Some menus were gone also
