Cannot buy winter farmhouse - and do not want to sell anything

I?m at my limit and can?t buy the winter farmhouse. But unlike lizzytish, I do not want to sell anything. Can you change the coding to be like gingerbread farmhouses? Or at least let us buy 1? I would like to spend gems during this sale but I can?t buy anything I want!

Unfortunately, we won't be able to change the building type for this item. It is intended to be a Town building so you will need to sell something in this building type to make space for this new item. Sorry about that!
