Same here, game won’t load & submitted request via support. Similar issue happened in January.

As with others- can?t log in - have force closed and even re downloaded but no help.looks like gonna fail to finish event for first time in literally years.
Have reported but advised dealt with Mon-Fri

Same here, coming up on almost 3 days in total. Had a window of 5-10 minutes a day and a half ago. I was going along quite well with the event.
I am wondering if it will be fixed when the event finishes or whether this is a problem outside of the event and so will continue.

Just back in but event over .500 gems for rain fairy - basically an earth wisp dropper .. don?t think so

Super annoying to think of all the resources I’ve now missed.
(as well as being unable to finish the current event )

… This been an ongoing issue for months now! … could you please advise us what fix Storm8 working on behind the scenes to resolve the issue? …

Feeling pretty neglected having my request for an update ignored.
Also feeling foolish repeatedly pressing the Try Again button for days on end.

Guess my only option is to quit.
