Won't open

I'm back to the same problem of not being able to open the game. I'm sick of sending in tickets - I've actually made a template for it now! It would just be nice to get an update. I haven't been able to start the new event, or collect from energy and coin droppers. With all the events packed in back to back these days, and VERY energy and coin demanding, these issues affect us a lot. I spend real money on this game, and would rather it was put in to fixing issues than new events right now. If I spent this money on a tangible product that had this many faults, I would have been able to get my money back by now!!

Please, please...an update would be good!!

I have tried all day to login to Castle Story. I can’t find how to send a ticket.

You need to use bakery or a game with the login feature to change it from Guest to your ID. Be careful having the same game on multi devices bc you can't play in both at the same time. It'll sync and you could lose stuff. And if you're switching between both you should always force close. Shibuya is tech savvy and knows how to make it work but it's not recommended.

Thank you Spiritwind for your advice, maybe that's the reason I lost it on my cell phone and had to load a new game!

I noticed that my high level game won’t connect on mobile data. It needs to be connected to WiFi before the game will start. And even then, it takes several taps on the “Try again” button before the game starts.

WiFi does not work either, so both connection are dead ends! I started the event on a low level account to get the information.

Every single day I'm locked out till about 2pm. Wasn't too bad when it was the main story, but now we are back in an event, I've now missed multiple collections from the Troll Camp. So over this.

I agree SW, I haven't been able to get on since last night, so about 20 hrs. Missed a lot of troll camp collections. This regularly happens, so frustrating.
