    This has been problem for me. I did attempt to log an Issue but I’m not convinced it submitted as I usually get a auto confirmation & don’t have one. It was not loading for most of day before. Then it was ok for a while but has now gone back to failing to load.

    Support hasn’t been much help - has been 5days I’ve been locked out … and now Storm8 is on their weekend, so will be at least a few more days.
    Seems this is a low priority for Storm8 to fix.

    Yea. I?m still locked out. It?s not my device that?s the problem. It?s my main CS account. I?ve been able to load my second CS account on my phone & iPad no problem. I have 25gbs of space on my phone & 50gbs space on my iPad. I close all other apps, I?m using my data, I?ve deleted & reinstalled the app multiple times. I?ve sent tickets to storm8, What else can we do?

    Would a simple fix not just be to move my kingdom to a new server?
    I’m guessing it would be a server issue due to the fact only some accounts are affected??
