    Thank you Elsa, I am finally able to get in! Unfortunately I doubt that I will be able to finish this event!

    Well I was able to get in for a few minutes after following your directions and now I'm out again! So frustrating!

    Still not able to log in to the game. Not since early May and update didn?t help. Still giving me a connection error message

    Has anyone lost their daily gift pop-up since the upgrade? The thing that gives you 8 rewards or 8 extra Baron?s tent cabbages. I gave it a few days after the update to sort itself out, but it?s still missing. Will open a ticket but thought I?d check here first.

    Thank you for your advice-I did try it and got in for a few minutes before being booted off again.Just tried again and No Joy…

    Ok,game seems to be working for me again… BUT: No apology? No extra credit of some sort (maybe even to the neighbors that missed out on things? ) no character that we might hve spent money for towards achieving? Will this come once you are fully sorted? Or is this it?…

    I am having the same problem! Got in after the update but booted out after a few minutes! I just got back in again so I will see how long it lasts!

    Things have stabilised a lot for me .
    Not perfect but I can get in most of the time with a few attempts .
    Unfortunately wont have enough time to complete the current event.
    I wonder is an extension being considered?
    Or possibly award the prizes regardless as a (minor) compensation?
