    Well I find it strange that on a beginner game one can log into game instantly. Using old I Pad started new game and access no problem. Leads me to believe that high level players take up too much data to sustain keeping as customers so to cull off them and encourage new players who will spend gems to grow their King/Queendom. I’ll bet most old timers spent most of their gems in the early days building and finishing events. So locking out higher data maintenance accounts may give them ability to expand to a larger customer base. Sorry, just had to say this. Many of us have played this for a long time and leaving would be hard. I am now on Level 4 of new game……..

    The last two storybook events I was locked out until the WW started - so once the entire event completes.
    From my experience the problems are getting worse every week that passes.
    The problems seem to be effecting more and more players as time goes on.
    Storm8’s silence on the issue leads me to think they are just ignoring the issue.
    Seems enough players are still spending money - so this isn’t a priority for them.

    [comm removed] Some of the issues that CS and other S8 "____ Story" games faced should have been fixed back in 2017. Not fixing those issues led to others, which in turn led to more. And when was the last time we got an announcement telling us that the games would be down for hardware upgrades? That's right! The servers are old, the switches need upgrading, and the routing tables need looking into as well.

    We are often told that they are doing "a lot." Yes, I believe they are, at least the support team, because every event is plagued by issues. But, as for the stabilizing and improvement of the game itself? Most of these bugs and issues have been around for YEARS! For those of us who work in environments where there are IT staff making sure your systems run smoothly, how long do major/minor bugs and issues last before they get fixed, and what kind of action does management take if these don't get fixed?

    I was initially able to get into the game for this event and managed to complete all the goals except for the last one of Chapter 10 because my game crashed when I tried to collect the Glass Armor, and after that, I was completely locked out. The question is whether I would be awarded the prize of the completed Glass Shop and Lily if I was to submit a ticket citing the fact that it was due to the lockout that prevented me from completing the event.

    I think it is not related to how many items you have in total, but how many you have on board. When I accidentally succeed to get into game - I stored nearly everything except energy and expansion material droppers, event items and few more with valuable drops. My queendom now is green grass - but at least so far I can get in again. For me it was always "practically" organized, so not a big loss. But I imagine that people who put big effort in decorating and designing it would not agree to destroy their beautiful designs...

    I imagine it may not be easy thing to fix, perhaps they need to change some design fundamentally. In other games big territories are divided in parts and you travel from one to another through some portal or so. Maybe it is time for CS to implement solution like this. I hope I am wrong though

    It's unlikely that they are purposely locking out long-time players because such an action would be illegal or at the very least, unethical. Each time we spend money on gems to improve our queen/kingdoms, we are paying for a digital toy/graphic to be displayed on our device. Deliberately preventing us from accessing these digital items we paid for is pretty much robbery.

    The only way they can be excused from this is if the company goes bankrupt and has to shut things down, or if they make an advanced announcement warning ALL players of the end-of-life of the game.

    Many of the fixes needed do not require changes in the game's framework, for example, the tallying of the number of answered requests in the Storybook events, or the sync and rollback issues. And the login issues that we are now facing? That definitely does not need any design change.

    Day 8 for me and still nothing from support, just crickets and yes I along with many others have turned in tickets! With so many of us having this problem off and on for months I don't understand why they weren't trying to solve this problem sooner???
