    I agree with with you and newpam575, now they both sit in storage taking up more space! I just was able to get into the game yesterday and just got into the game today and was given a Gilded Kelpie as a gift for being locked out, a small token for what we have been through!

    I don’t think it’s an update. I updated CS two weeks ago and the Apple App Store still shows that version. I received the Gilded Kelpie as some kind of compensation for all the connection issues we have been experiencing; or at least that’s what the Baron was telling me.

    Yes the kelpie was the reward for that ‘old’ update. I got the prompt for the update on my android account too, but since there has not been an update there since 2019, no update was available

    I just want to clarify that you are saying to reach out to support even if we already sent in a ticket? I was able to get in for 2 days and now I'm not!
