some graphics won't load

sometimes when i load the game, some graphics won't load. sometimes if i wait long enough, they will eventually load, but sometimes not.
but in particular, the baron's tent won't load. even if all the regular graphics won't load, sometimes the baron's tent won't load what the prize is. i hard reset my ipad. and i uninstalled and re installed my game. no luck
