Are anyone else's videos stuck?

Every time I try to play a "Free Gift" video, I get "Video did not finish. Would you like to watch another video?" with the same results.

Restarting the game did not help. Turning off the phone and rebooting it did not help. I am not quite ready to delete/reload the game; is anyone else having the same issue?
