It's because you weren't playing when they introduced that oven. If someone were to download the game now all the ovens you have from past challenges would be locked for them.

I was playing when that appliance was available. The problem was that I was a beginner and I did not have enough coins. I only bought one oven and then out of nowhere the appliance was locked. It was not notified that the appliance was going to be removed from the market. It’s a shame that I wasn’t able to buy at least 10 stoves. Those players that have a lot of those appliances are lucky because that appliance has very good Halloween recipes.
