In fact, for Goal 10 of Part III, you will need 20 Candy Amulets, 25 Mithril, and 50 Troll Candy, as Sylvan noted. So keep collecting from the Troll Camp.

In order to expand to this plot it says I have everything except Candy Lanterns but those are NOT showing up ANYWHERE to craft

You need to progress a few more goals in the Part II series to open the craft. Check the first page of this thread for steps. I believe you need to get to goal 6 to craft the candy lantern. Almost there!

After opening the Part 3 goal 7 expansion to the Licorice Lair, love the lair label!, yep, the Y18 plot to the left can be opened.
Y18 requirements are 3000 Royal points, 50 wisp lanterns, 5 expansion permits and 400000 coins


Goal 8 requires this 1 minute craft, 5 golden nuggets and 5 golden eggs:


The Licorice Lady cracks a whip! This is in Part 3 Goal 9. She did NOT drop monster hunt tokens, but she did give leaderboard points.


Here’s to confirm the final craft, which takes 8 hrs as expected, Learn the Licorice Spell, Goal 10:


The licorice steed (timed prize) was awarded at the start of this craft. The steed has a 12 hr timer.
First drop from licorice steed was 3075 coins! and black flag for sugar.

Edited to add:
The Licorice Lady/Hecate is awarded at the end of Goal 10. She has a 16 hr timer. The Licorice Lair can then be used to craft the Licorice Spell, which takes 2 days and 75 purple petals.

AFTER Part 3, a new set of 4 goals pops up called The Candy Coda. Sweet!

Question: if you're in between parts, are candied leaves dropping from willow trees? Want to add a note about this and also the same question for the Hidden Forest has been asked, and I don't have notes about it in any of the 3 threads using this format. Thanks!

I?m not exactly between parts but have started the caramel apple spell and collected the steed, yay. So have not collected the completed spell and everything is still dropping. So having trouble starting part III until I have enough candy and amulets. I know chocolate rocks are the block but it?s nice to get a start on the other items.

I finished part one but did not collect from the sugar spun cottage and did not start part II. I received the spun sugar steed but not Zelda. I DID have one sugared leaf in inventory, but clearing two more willows didn't give me any leaves. So I'm guessing it's possible but low drop maybe.

Im now beginning the second part. If you are starting part II but don't plan on waiting for Zelfa's 8 hour timer, it costs 3 gems in the story window to bypass her collection.
