The 300,000,000 is the community total needed (meaning everyone's points added up together needs to equal 300,000,000). You can see how many points everyone has added together in the event screen under "Community Total." You only need 500 points to get the prize if the community reaches 300,000,000. Hope this helps.

It would've been nice if this (orange) Trunk or Treat was the same size as the (purple) Trunk or Treat.
