I am unable to log into my game. It stopped working on my phone a few weeks ago and now it won’t load on my iPad either. Been playing since the beginning. Please help

I've spent thousands of dollars on Storm8 games, but I'm still not valued by the company.

Hi Belber, good to see your post, I remember those old days when we were discussed breeding combo for new dragon introduced almost every week. All of the group was gone in busy life. I lost almost 8 months for login issue as well. My island is Terra Nova.
Please Storm8 , Resolve login issue ASAP and Game Update as well. Thank you for your cooperation.
4 days now since sending in ticket and can’t get into game.
2 weeks last login.
3 weeks last login.
I guess they don’t care about loyal players.
I don’t think this will ever get fixed.
