Is there any chance to take goal items which are missed?

Hi there, sorry for my bad english cus i'm not American but i have a question. I'm playing this for a few months but i like some items in last year goals. I wonder that if items of the old goals will comeback in the future or never? For example: Halloween goal 2020 will comeback in Halloween 2021.

At this point in time, the goals do not repeat however sometimes the decoration items are offered in sales but even that is rare these days.
