    Never have I ever in Everland issue - cannot upgrade the Tree Fort

    I have the resources collect and ready. But there is no option to upgrade.

    Are you on the goal that asks you to upgrade? If you force close that usually fixes most issues. Have a look at the goals in the discussion thread and if you need more help please post which goal you're up to so I can help you further.
