I can't get my first mate to spawn! It is not working it says ponds _i can't do anything I will try cows there's a bug we need extra time!
First Matey spawns from Cows, Pirate Lass spawns from Dead Trees.
No, the First Mateys spawn from cows, not ponds. However, my spawn rate has been low.
Pirate lass spawns from Dead Trees, and she has been more than willing to come out and battle.
I don't feel inclined to fight an extra 50 First Mateys, does that mean I can't have a crocodile either?
In the ship it says a max of 4 each.

Crafting the Pirate Lass or First Matey is optional. You don't need to do it to progress in the event and it has nothing to do with the Crododile.
When you finish Goal 9 (and get Peeta), you can choose 1 of the 2 kids with their pet Crocodile (see page 1, post 6)
You can only choose 1 of the kids (and their pet) and the other kid & pet are usually for sale in the Market.

In Goal 8, when you upgrade the Tree Fort from Level 4 to Level 5, you will also need 4 Ship Maps.
The First Matey just dropped 97 coins. He is clearly moving most of the coins into his own hidden treasure chest! Aargh!
I dont think we have enough time to finish the quest on time, it takes so long to have troll gas, and the troll camp is not always drop it
