Gems spent? but on what🤔???

Dear moderator team (thanks for everything you do <3 !),
dear fellow players and advice providers.

In yesterday?s sale I purchased 250 gems.
Either something went wrong or I forgot on what (the heck?) I?ve already spent 200 gems of this bundle?

Is there a way to find out on which item(s) I/a player recently spent gems?
