I gemmed ahead one chapter. This is tomorrow's task. I didn't get the requirements to build the pond I'm sorry. And I got ahead of myself placing it when it became available. I forgot how much it costs, my brain suggests it may have been $12,000 coins.
Collecting from scorched flowers gives scorched blooms. Unless I've miscounted, it only let me place 9 and then disappeared from the market. If I recall past story events, sometimes we get more items later which maybe would include more of these.

I remember it used to be 5 expansion permit instead of trade tickets in the package. Why do they change it?
