The bluish purple sea horse is simply called the Sea Horse. The collection time is 8 hours.

Upon upgrading the castle to Level 2, we get the following dialog:

It certainly would make sense that is the reason she has not returned to help you.
I may have seen seen her 'round the ocean castle a bit of time ago...
If you want to help the witch, you're going to need to defeat those sea monsters.

Ditto re what cow has drops, but I just got 5 Lillies from 17 B&W cows, so decent rate, I think..

So, for what it's worth, classic black&white cows we've all seen in real life are called Holsteins. :-D. I'm just mentally allowing my Holsteins to be stingy, as are the larkspurs. Best I have done is 2 in 16. So there are quite a few obstacles to getting this castle levelled up.

Was just going to post this, but you beat me to it. We should strive to call the ?regular? cows Holsteins to avoid confusion in the future. I?m sure most of us are familiar with this breed of dairy cow.

As an aside, when I see ?black and whites,? I think cop cars, as some people used to call them that.
