    Ah thanks for the reply ShibuaCloth. I did a search. The required potion for the adventure is potion of gills which looks like it's part of the Blythwood series. I should have looked instead of posting. With the potion and mermaid scales and a new event my mind went down that path. The adventure is called To Glimmer Beach and it looks like the story is Amber Augmentations. Not related to this event I'm sorry.

    Y'all can delete both of my posts to clean up the thread and prevent confusion.

    The only thing I've gotten from Aspen Trees are a lot of Skunkupines! Every 2 to 3 chops I get one so I parked one just to get the fire flowers that I need! To bad the Fangbeast don't spawn that easy!

    Lair of the Beast spawned a few, but mostly Not. Greta and Tropical Parrot haven't given me one yet.
    I??m mostly getting them from pigs and minks and swans.

    ShibuyaCloth - Your math is way off this time because of the supposedly “normal” spawn rate for the fangbeasts. Your math only accounts for 3 energy to spawn a fangbeast. Since i have tons of energy i finished all the potions and if i had to guess on average spawn rate i’d say between 20-30. There are times when get lucky and get one after 5 or 6 but others where it’ll take 50-60 collections. I have a wide variety of animals, farmhouses, etc and haven’t found any consistent higher drop rate with any. Just seems to be “luck” when i get a spawn anywhere near normal.

    From what I recall of Academy goal, the exact same thing happened then and what resolved it and restored spawn to normal was the next event. There is no way that spawns are currently normal.

    I have updated the spawn energy need to 10 as I experience the same thing. The new numbers are mind blowing...

    My farmhouses also are dried out. Can run through them a few times before getting eventually a spawn. Fall back on Swans, Ducks & Sheeps.

    I'm taking about 30 energy to spawn a fangbeast. I feel bad for my chickens as I chase them and the ducks around the kingdom. (What I do in real life telling my chicks "bedtime" trying to get them to bed in the chickshaw every night).

    I'm sort of alternating with spawning a fangbeast then gather flowers for 1 1/2 potions then run a round of watering new trees......

    I know we got the reply that spawns aren't affected but it still feels off.

    My experience has generally been, that unless the event item specifically states it has a chance to spawn something, it won't. So normal pigs, cows, chickens, etc. work, and it seems to be Hit or Miss if Event ones do. I noticed the recent Spring Rooster gave a Fangbeast Spawn, but it seems my Harveys (mink) don't , nor do the Winter Minks dropped from the Snowkids. But then again, it may be the vagaries of the game.

    Oh I agree. I can't recall it ever taking 40-60 energy to get 1 fangbeast, until this event. And my 12-13 farmhouses, ALMOST ALWAYS have given me 1, in the past. Not since this event started, unless I am getting one of those "if I spawned one fangbeast, keep going on that item, it seems to be giving multiple spawns". So I am keeping resources to craft the 20 energy Faerie Elixir handy/stocked, as well as Energy Crates from previous Community Events.

    If you collect from the pigs, then you can use those for the energy in the royal exchange. The same thing w the swans and minks.

    The energy crates don?t expire?
