First Expansion needs:

5800 Royal Points

1955000 coins

5 Windchaser Lanterns

2 Windchaser Permits

Those are next to the bulding, have been opened couple of days ago, not needed for this storyline. Force close if you do not see expansion arrows over the bulding that require expansion permits and wisp lanterns.

Do we need royal points? I started digging out my buildings and put ice cubes in my desert area which is about the best place they would fit.

While I'm waiting on my cottages to catch up I'll plant and grow some trees. Thank you Scrattle717 for the tree tip and everyone who is sharing info.

Sofia, Try force closing your games! The plot should become available without expanding to the other isle plots 

I haven’t been able to spawn the mysterious man since I moved in from that goal. Not sure if it’s needed later? Seems weird to only need to spawn it for one goal
